This contract sets out:
- your legal rights and responsibilities;
- our legal rights and responsibilities; and
- certain key information required by law.
In this contract:
- ‘We’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means KiddiClubs; and
- ‘You’ or ‘your’ means the person using our site to buy services and goods from us.
- “Goods” means products or services we offer.
KiddiClubs registered address is 7 Leopold Road, London, SW19 7BB, UK.
We will always aim to provide you with the highest standard of service and act in our customer’s best interest.
When buying anything from our website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other documents referred to in them.

PERSONAL INFORMATION-
Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy (available here), which explains what personal information we collect from you, how and why we collect, store, use and share such information, your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact us and supervisory authorities if you have a query or complaint about the use of your personal information.
ORDERING GOODS-
By placing an order via our website (www.kiddiclubs.com), you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
You are responsible for ensuring the services are suitable for you and your child’s age and abilities, and that you have adequate equipment to attend the class. These details are clearly stated on each product page. Booking is for the specific time period or course detailed in the item description and cannot be transferred to the next term or course.
Please read and check your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to correct any errors you can do so before submitting it.
When you place an order at the end of the check-out process (by clicking “Place Order”), we will send you an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email is an order acknowledgement and does not mean that we accept your order. We may reject your order for the following reasons:
- we cannot authorise your payment;
- we are not allowed to sell the goods to you;
- you are not allowed to buy the goods from us; or
- there has been a mistake on the pricing or description of the goods.
A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will be formed when your payment has been approved, the prices have been verified, and the order has been processed.
In order to enter into a contract with KiddiClubs you must be over 18 years of age. KiddiClubs retains the right to refuse any request made by you.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY-
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any service which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and cancel your order. We will then update our website with the correct price as soon as possible so the order can be replaced if needed. If you cancel the order and you have already paid for the service, you will receive a full refund.
The website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any orders that you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, payment terms, or return policies.
PAYMENT-
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£).
Payment can be made via our secure check out pages using your credit or debit card (details of accepted credit or debit cards are provided during the checkout process). You can also pay using ApplePay and GooglePay. Card charges will appear on your statement as “KiddiClubs”.
You may also pay with cards issued outside of UK. Please note that currency conversion rates and charges may be applicable by your card issuing bank. Check these charges with your issuing bank.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card or bank account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Due to the nature of the clearing system your credit card payment will be taken at the point of processing. If a problem in supply should occur, your payment method will be refunded as soon as possible. The refund may take a couple of days to show as cleared funds on your account, depending on payment provider.
Note: By linking a payment card to your account, you give us continuous permission to automatically charge that card for the required value to cover the payment amount when you use your account to place an order specifying the use of this payment card.
You can stop the permission by unlinking the card from your account at any time.
PRODUCT SUITABILITY-
Our KiddiCode Coding Clubs are suitable for ages 7 and above who are comfortable with using computers.
Our KiddiGame Gaming Clubs are suitable for ages 10 and above who are fluent in using computers.
These age limitations apply unless stated differently. Do not book for children younger than that. We will not be able to teach children basic computer skills so kindly ensure they have a stated level of skill prior to booking. Find suitability criteria in our FAQ’s.
Our After School Clubs description states which year groups the club is suitable for.
Our KiddiCraft Clubs product description page states which ages the club is suitable for.
We shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability (or otherwise), or of any third party download or any equipment you may use.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS-
Check system requirements HERE for coding club and HERE for gaming club before you book and ensure you are able to install required software. You are required to follow the instructions for installing the software or any other instructions we may provide.
In order to attend our clubs you will need access codes for our classes. You are required to login to our platform for coding clubs, and install Unity 3D for gaming clubs. Ensure you process the installation and set up for the class well in advance before the class is due to start, preferably latest by day before your club is due to start.
We will send you instructions with access codes by email after we receive your booking. If you have not received it a week before your clubs starts or within two hours if it starts in less than a weeks time, please check your email spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it please contact us by email, phone or messenger via Facebook. You can also find installation instructions HERE.
We cannot be held responsible if you fail to install the required software or ensure you have received the relevant login information.
THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE-
Where we ask a parent/guardian to download or use any third party software to enable your child to attend our classes, the parent/guardian is responsible to consent their child to use the relevant software and to agree with any terms and conditions with the relevant software or service provider. Responsibility over use of the software and license agreement remains with the parent/carer.
We cannot be held liable for any damage caused by a third party download, software or website.
MATTERS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL-
If we are not able to run the club as scheduled due to matters outside our control, we reserve the right to reschedule the club for an alternative date if this can be reasonably arranged. No refunds or credits are issued. Matters outside our control may be but are not limited to following; Internet or mobile network is down or under maintenance, electric power cut, equipment or software failure, industrial action, climate and weather events etc.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS-
If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your booking, you may do so within 14 days. To exercise this right you must contact us prior to the expiry of the cancellation right period.
ONLINE CLUBS- If the course you wish to cancel starts within the 14 day period, you will be refunded a proportionate sum, and will be charged an admin fee of £30, potential material costs and the amount of teaching time used. If the course is provided in full within that 14 day period, your will lose your right of cancellation.
AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS- After School Clubs follow rules set by the specific school. Bookings are made directly with the club owner and this site is only used to process payments. Bookings can be cancelled within 14 days. If the club you wish to cancel starts within the 14 day period, you will lose your right to cancel.
ONE DAY ACTIVITIES- You are not able to cancel any bookings for one day activities.
You have these rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
Cancellations are subject to an admin fee of £5 if done within 14 day period.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Nothing in this contract affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (also known as ‘statutory rights’). You may also have other rights in law.
LATE PICK-UP FEE (After school clubs only)-
If the parent/carer fails to collect their child from an after school club at the agreed time, a late pick-up fee will be issued. The fee is £5 for each starting 5 minutes of lateness. If the parent does not pay the fee, we reserve the right to refuse access to the club for the child until the fee is fully paid.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION-
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you certain legal rights (also known as ‘statutory rights’), for example, the service:
- is of satisfactory quality;
- is performed with reasonable care and skill;
- match the description;
We must provide you with services that comply with your legal rights.
We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently.
If you are unhappy with:
- our service to you; or
- any other matter;
please contact us as soon as possible.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute related to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS-
Intellectual property on this site is protected by international copywrite laws. You may not copy, download or in any other way extract or use the content of this website without our written permission or unless we have stated clearly it is freely downloadable.
